Manuka Honey, Turmeric & Ginger Gummies

These Manuka Honey, Turmeric & Ginger Gummies are little golden bites of anti-inflammatory goodness — made with gut-loving kombucha, immune-boosting Manuka honey, and soothing turmeric and ginger. Think of them as a soft herbal tonic in gummie form.

I created these during a season of deep adrenal healing, when everything needed to be functional — even my snacks. The gelatin supports gut lining repair, bee pollen offers a wholefood multi-vitamin boost, and the warming spices gently calm both body and nervous system. The best part? They’re quick to make and keep well in the fridge all week. Save this for a nourishing DIY you can whip up in under 15 minutes.

Makes 10 gummies

Dietary: Gluten-free, dairy-free, immune-boosting

Cook time: 10 mins + set in fridge for 2 hrs

Ingredients

1 cup ginger Kombucha - I used Magic Potion

1 tbsp fresh ginger [finely grated]

2 tbsp Manuka honey, preferably UMF 10+ or higher [I love this one)

3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder

2 tbsp bee pollen [I love this one]

Pinch black pepper for added anti-inflammatory support

Method

  1. In a small saucepan add the kombucha, manuka honey, ginger, and turmeric.

  2. Bloom gelatin by sprinkling 3 tbsp gelatin over the juice in a saucepan, let it sit for 2 minutes. Warm gently over low heat, stirring until fully dissolved [do not boil].

  3. Sprinkle bee pollen into each silicon mold. Carefully pour mixture into silicon molds and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.

  4. Remove and store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 10 days.
