Healthy Strawberry Matcha Recipe

Kickstart your morning with our Iced Strawberry Matcha Collagen Latte—refreshing, protein-packed, and low in sugar. While other strawberry matcha’s can have up to 68g of sugar (yikes!), my recipe has just 8.5g, all from fresh strawberries. Plus, it’s loaded with antioxidants from organic matcha and protein from Chief Creamy Vanilla Collagen. Perfect for breakfast, a coffee alternative, or an afternoon boost. You’re going to love it!

Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, stems removed and cut in half, mashed 

2 tbsp Chief Creamy Vanilla Collagen Protein [DC: LAURAS10]

½ tsp organic matcha powder

1 cup unsweetened activated almond milk, divided [we used this one

Method

  1. Blend almond milk, collagen powder, in a high-speed blender until smooth.

  2. Add mashed strawberries to the bottom of your glass. 

  3. In a mason jar, shake matcha with remaining 1/2 cup almond milk until combined. 

  4. Pour in half of the almond milk, then the matcha mixture.

  5. Stir together with a reusable straw.
