Create ⁣

1. Begin by lining a 20cm X 20cm baking tray with baking paper and place to the side.⁣

2. To make the base, place the almonds, toasted coconut, dates, coconut oil, and ground ginger into a food processor and process for approximately 2 minutes or until the mixture is fine and crumbly. ⁣

3. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared tin and place into the freezer. ⁣

4. To make the delicious caramel filling, place the dates, coconut cream, tahini, masons mushrooms, coconut oil, and sea salt into the food processor and process for 4 minutes or until smooth and creamy. ⁣

5. Once combined, carefully pour the filling over the base and place the tray back into the freezer to allow it to set. ⁣

6. To make the chocolate topping, place the cacao powder, coconut oil, tahini, and maple syrup in a small saucepan over low heat. Use a wooden spoon to combine the ingredients, continually stirring until they have all melted together to transform in a nourishing chocolate.

7. Once melted, take your baking tray back out of the freezer and carefully pour your chocolate topping over the top. Place the baking tray back into the freezer and allow at least 1 hour to set.

8. Once the slice is nice and firm, begin to cut it into 12 even squares to serve. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month (if you don’t eat it all beforehand).
